![]() As we approach the holiday season filled with love, food, friends, and family there is so much to be grateful for. But as you know, the holiday season can be extremely stressful with the pressure to do it all. Guess what? You don’t have to do it all! You don’t need to have all the answers, you don’t need to say yes to everything, and you certainly don’t need to feel guilty for taking on less. So, what are you not thankful for? If you don’t want the stress of throwing a holiday party, don’t do it. If you are short on cash for the holiday season, why not get creative and savvy with your gifts. Handmade gifts are more thoughtful and personal anyways. Finally, if you don’t have the time to make a homemade pie for a dinner party, go to the store and buy it. While you are at it, be a rebel and do it on the way to the dinner party. Nobody is putting the pressure on you but yourself. Let go and take advantage of the holidays to truly enjoy being with your friends and family instead of stressing out. Say, "No, thank you" to the things you are not grateful for so that you can spend time cherishing all that you are thankful for.
