I am constantly on the go and always exploring ways to make my life easier. I mean, aren't we all?! So, when I don't have time to make breakfast or need an energizing pick-me-up, I just blend four simple ingredients to make this super refreshing smoothie. And, since the warmth of summer seems to last all year in Southern California, I don't see why you can't make this year round.
Ingredients: Serves 1 Time: 5 minutes 2 cups of coconut water 1 frozen banana (can add more if you like a thicker smoothie consistency) Approximately 6 inch section of cucumber Quarter sized piece of fresh ginger Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
