What is Love?
"Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is believing you are worthy of the trip."- Glenn Beck
The idea of love is subjective and is not just reserved for romance. Love is respecting your parents, cherishing your friendships, admiring your siblings, and wet kisses from a fury companion. Love is expressed through compassion, trust, humility, honesty, communication, and affection. You can't solve for X to find love. The only way to find it is to set out on the greatest emotional journey of all time.
This journey begins with YOU.
So you pack your bags and set out on this daring adventure, not quite sure what to expect. You stop to admire the beautiful sights and perhaps pick up souvenirs along the way. However, midway through your travels you realize that you lost your way and have begun to imitate your surroundings. As your authenticity slips away, you discover the only way self-love works is by trusting in you. That is when you honor who you are and share that with others.
This sharing of authenticity is the ultimate form of connection; of love. Continue this multi-dimensional journey with Orlee Klempner and I through the power of yoga. We are hosting two opportunities for you to venture down a new path in your journey. In our Partner Vinyasa Workshop you will use physical asana and breath work to explore the true meaning of connection. Our Wine & Yoga Retreat is the perfect weekend getaway to honor yourself and connect with others over great wine, food, conversation, and yoga.

Hi, I'm Lauren and I am here to support people to find freedom in being authentic and the power to carry that out in their lives and community. Writing is one way I like to explore that for myself. Here is my archive of reflections.
