A Quiet Spring Break
Slow down and leave the busy city life behind during this weekend yoga retreat, nestled in a beautiful, serene valley in Northern San Diego County. Keys Creek Lavender Farms is San Diego County’s only USDA-certified organic lavender farm. The farm, previously known as The Lavender Fields, has more than a dozen varieties of lavender on eight-and-a-half acres of land. Just 40 minutes from downtown San Diego, you will find one of the most enchanting places to reconnect to the true nature of being with the help of daily guided meditation, yoga and educational workshops.

FAQ
When is check in and check out?
- Check In: 10am 4/4/19
- Check Out: 5pm 4/7/19
What are the bathroom situations like?
If you choose to stay in the glamping tents, there are several well-kept bathrooms and outdoor showers that provide hot water. If you are worried about walking to the bathrooms at night, the property is very well lit so you won't have much trouble. However, you may want to consider packing a headlamp just in case.
How far is the property from the nearest town?
The nearest town is Temecula, which is about a 30 minute drive. However, the property is up in the mountains the roads are windy and may not be paved. All meals will be provided on the property, but if you are a snacker like me, I suggest stopping at the store ahead of time and bringing everything with you.
What should I expect from this retreat?
You will quite literally retreat from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Only 3 hours from Los Angeles, this serene lavender farm is placed in the hidden mountains of Valley Center to give you the opportunity to re-connect. I will lead you through guided meditation, morning and evening yoga practice, guided walks and hikes, and educational workshops.
Is there Wifi?
Nope. :) We are probably on our devices way too much as it is. Let's disconnect from our devices so we can re-connect with everything else around us.
