I love teaching private yoga! It allows me the opportunity to understand your personal needs and create a custom curriculum for you. I use a wide variety of tools and techniques including meditation, breath-work, and various forms of bodywork to help create balance in your life. Whether you are a student, teacher or somewhere in between I adapt each class to suit your needs, knowing that each day is different and that we are all on unique paths.

Being able to practice within your own space is a convenient and useful way to realize that your experience is not dependent on a specific space. We might not be in the same place physically, but you will receive the same amount of personalized attention and custom class tailored to your goals.

How It Works:

- Download the Client Achieve App to your phone, either through Google Play or the App Store so you can keep track of your schedule and even customize notifications in your settings.
- 5 minutes prior to our session log into your account and click on your scheduled appointment and you will automatically be connected with me virtually. :)
Tips for Setting Up A Successful Online Session:
Practice Location: If possible, choose a practice location that will be relatively free from distractions such as phones, people or pets (unless they are pretty well- behaved). You only need enough space to set up your yoga mat or towel, so let yourself get creative with what's available to you.
Camera Position: Position your computer or tablet at least 4 feet away from your mat. You might be used to setting up closer to chat, but it's more ideal for me to be able to see your entire body, not the other way around. I like to teach in a way that will allow you to focus on your body without having to watch me on the screen. I might occasionally step back away from my screen to show you something, but I try to keep that to a minimum.
Lighting: Choose a well-lit area, or at least not back-lit. If your screen is facing a bright light or window behind you, all I will see is your silhouette.
