We will enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast and dinner daily at the highly acclaimed, Gardens of Avila Restaurant. The Garden inspires Chef William Ouderkirk’s “seasonal and spontaneous cuisine.” Taking root in their richly cultivated backyard, the restaurant uses a variety of produce from their own one-acre Chef’s Garden, as well as from area farmers, ranchers, and fishermen. The constant rotation of vegetables, greens, roots, herbs and edible flowers, results in an abundance of seasonally fresh ingredients for Chef William to incorporate into his renowned culinary creations.
