What are the Covid travel requirements?
Please view the most current travel requirements HERE. What airport do I fly into? You will book your international ticket into and out of Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). Check is at 3pm on October 26, 2022 and check out is at 11am on November 1, 2022. Please book your flights accordingly. When should I book my flight? The best time to book is around 60 days out. I would highly recommend waiting to book your flight until I send out an email giving the okay. In the event of not enough sign ups, I will cancel or reschedule the retreat. Are airport transfers included in the price of my trip? Yes, airport transfers are included in the price of your trip. Whenever you arrive, day or night you will be met by a private driver and transported to the retreat center. Note: If you arrive early and stay at an alternate location you will be responsible for coordinating and paying for your own transportation directly with the hotel where you will be staying. What are the accommodations like? Just a 40 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca airport the retreat center is ideally situated only a few minutes away from the coast and a variety of beaches. Are meals included? All breakfast and dinners are included. You will have the opportunity to have free time and grab lunch either at the retreat center restaurant or other local spots of your choosing. Are gratuities included? Gratuities are not included in the price of your trip. However, it is not customary to tip in most places in Spain. Of course, if you receive exceptional service by staff, housekeeping or other employees helping you throughout the week then an additional tip is always appreciated. I suggest rounding up to €1 per night for housekeeping and airport transfer and up to 10% gratuity for nice restaurants. How many people are expected on this retreat?Attendance varies from trip to trip, but 10-15 attendees is a general average. |
What are the terms and condition for this trip?
A non-refundable & non-transferable $500 deposit is required to hold your space. Rooms are on a first come, first served basis Final Balance Policy: Final payment must be received by July 1, 2022 (all payments are non-refundable). I must strictly adhere to this cancellation policy to offset costs incurred prior to the commencement of retreat. Upon booking, you will receive a Retreat Registration Form to complete your registration, which includes the Terms & Conditions as well as your Waiver Form. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. The following outlines cancellation policies:
Do I need a Visa to visit Spain? No, if you are planning to stay in Spain for under 90 days, the Visa on arrival is free and also the departure tax is waived. If you plan to stay longer than 90 days, you will need to obtain a Visa before leaving the US. IMPORTANT: If your passport expires within six months of your arrival date to Spain, please be sure to renew your passport before you go to avoid any issues at immigration. There are no exceptions. What if I am traveling alone? **Solo Traveler? We are not matching “strangers” to share rooms during Covid. If you are a solo traveler please register for Single Occupancy.** Do I need travel insurance? All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. The purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended. We recommend purchasing a comprehensive “Cancel for Any Reason” policy. Please consult an insurance professional and understand your policy coverage limits so there are no surprises for you. As a reminder, upon booking, you agree to our Terms of Service. Should you elect to not purchase travel insurance, you will be assuming 100% of any costs incurred for trip cancellation or trip interruption.
