8AM PST Reflect + Flow
Start your week by expanding your mindfulness practice from the mat and beyond. We will begin with a journal prompt of the day that will carry through as the intention for the flow-based movement practice. In this class you will explore the sense of fluidity between your mind and body through immediate feedback of your direct experience in order to find clarity. All you need is a journal, writing tool, and your yoga mat. If you have any blocks, feel free to have them on hand.
WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY
8AM PST Move + Meditate
Fully embody your yoga practice through this somatically rich experience of mindful movement, pranayama, and meditation. This class combines different schools of yoga asana practice with modern movement techniques and corrective exercise. We may use props such as blocks, straps, and therapy balls for external feedback to support you through the practice and prepare you for your day.
