These are donation based classes. Anything you can offer would be greatly appreciated, but not necessary to participate.
12pm PST Trigger Point Therapy Flow
Using the test and retest model, we roll out on trigger point therapy balls to change perception of pain, stress or tension in the body. After rolling out a particular body part, we test range of motion, control and awareness to see improvement and balance to body. If you don't have a set of therapy balls, lacrosse balls or tennis balls will suffice.
5pm PST Restorative Yoga
This practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching and mental relaxation. We will combine traditional restorative poses, corrective exercise, meditative techniques, breath work, and somatic exercises so you can feel refreshed and balanced.
12pm PST Gentle Yoga
Gentle doesn't necessarily mean easy. This class is a variation of the Hatha tradition of yoga combined with other diverse movement styles to be accessible to all types of students. This class reinforces the importance of sustainability in the yoga practice through smart, safe, and efficient movement.
